This is a great dip to make for a large crowd, a yummy pool dip, perfect for tailgating or HELLO Super Bowl Weekend!! It is soooooooo good and so simple.If you aren’t a cook… you really cant mess this one up! 😉
Oh did I mention it is very cost effective and takes less then 5 minutes to make!!!! This will be your go to dip for every party now…… Your welcome!!!
Here’s what you’ll need……
2 cans (11 Oz. Can) Mexicorn/Fiesta Corn, Drained 1 can of Southwest Corn
1 can of Hot Rotel Tomatoes with Habaneros
3 whole Green Onions, Chopped
8 ounces of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
Frito’s big scoops or Tortilla chips for dipping!!!
First start with your Corn and Rotel Tomatoes and place in a bowl. Make sure you drain your corn.
Next chop up you green onions and add them in. Add the Cheese, Sour cream & Mayo and Mix all together.
Chill for one hour before serving so it can all set together! Serve with Frito Scoops and enjoy! xoxo-M
