Real Talk with Mal

Can I give some real talk for a second? #RealTalkWithMal
⠀
I was you girl. I watched women building social + online based skin care businesses or any business & judged the CRAP out of them. I may even have said a couple mean things behind their backs. Yes I’ll admit that.
⠀
MEANWHILE, I was busy working myself into the ground because I had a passion for photography & being a stay at home mom, trying to juggle all of it, I was taking pictures of everyone coming through my door & exhausting myself & going into a deep depression. Also, I thought I was the only person who felt this way.
⠀
Enter r+f. Instead of judging… I started asking questions. Once I realized that I didn’t have to be some skin care guru & just simply enjoy the products to be a consultant… I saw the opportunity.
⠀
I realized that although photography was my passion & being a mom was wonderful, it didn’t need to continue to define me. I realized I could build a new business from scratch regardless of what people would say.
⠀
I took a leap of faith, I stepped out side of my comfort zone, I was scared shitless, but I knew I needed to do something or nothing would change.
⠀
Why? Because CHANGE IS GOOD. And it’s okay to evolve & see new opportunities.
⠀
Over the last almost 4 years, my Rodan + Fields personal team has grown to 550+ Women. I mentor teachers, nurses, stay at home moms, corporate women, grandmothers & every one in between.
⠀
I share this because I feel like sometimes it’s easy to watch from the side lines & assume someone has something special in order to be successful. When in reality, some of the top consultants on my personal team are just normal girls, with little to no social media following, willing to learn, be coachable & dream big with lots of heart & hustle.
⠀
If you’ve been watching & wondering if this opportunity could possibly be for you… I want to talk to you. 10 minute phone call is all I ask. You can ask me anything, grill me with good questions & even ask what the day to day looks like.

But sitting back and watching won’t get you the side hustle or extra stream of income you or your family craves.
